About the College
The Technical Engineering College for Computer and Artificial Intelligence was established in 2024 and is one of the Northern Technical University formations affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Given the great development in computer science and data applications in all areas of life and the challenges imposed by daily dealings in this direction, whether by individuals or institutions, which requires a qualitative shift in the field of preparing qualified technical engineers in the field of computer engineering and its sciences, including information security and artificial intelligence applications. Given the overarching data challenges that arise from cultural, social, and technological changes, it’s essential to keep pace with global developments in computer applications and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the importance of information security presents a new challenge in our era, as it helps address the security and digital risks prevalent worldwide. Considering these pressing priorities, Northern Technical University has proactively adapted to these dynamic developments and swiftly responded to the fast-paced changes shaping our future.
Vision
- Building a system of (higher technical education) with a renewed academic and applied framework of high quality, based on meeting the needs of the labor market according to the movement of the college’s external environment, raising the scientific level of students and teaching staff, and providing scientific and practical institutions with cadres and applied research.

- Providing high-quality technical education, by keeping pace with the rapid technological developments in the world, responding to the necessities of change in curricula to establish the foundations of human development, and equipping graduates with the skills and experiences required by the job market, ensuring a clear focus on the quality and effectiveness of the learning process.
Objectives
