“The College’s Student Volunteer Team Participates in a Large-Scale Cleaning Campaign and Contributes to Organizing the First Charity Bazaar”
Under the guidance of the Northern Technical University’s administration, and in direct implementation of the instructions of the University President, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the College Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ibrahim Dalal Bashi, our college’s student volunteer team participated in a large-scale cleaning campaign launched across the university’s facilities. The campaign aimed to promote a culture of volunteerism and enhance the university environment.
The students cleaned the auditorium and the Northern Stadium, as well as the open-air theater, removing fallen leaves amidst an atmosphere of enthusiasm and cooperation. This initiative was documented with numerous photos and videos that reflected their awareness and commitment to volunteer work.
Simultaneously, another team of student volunteers contributed to supporting and organizing the first charity bazaar held by the college. They assisted in preparing the venue and welcoming visitors, wearing volunteer attire to convey a message embodying the values of giving and teamwork. This dual participation embodies the university’s vision of fostering a spirit of initiative and social responsibility among students, and establishing a culture of volunteer work as a firmly rooted value that contributes to building and advancing society. These activities coincide with International Volunteer Day.
