Technical College of Engineering for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Mosul Team Wins First Place in the World Scientific Debate Championship 🔹
Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical College of Engineering for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence/Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ibrahim Dalal Bashi, our college team achieved a distinguished victory by taking first place in the World Scientific Debate Championship, which was held across the Northern Technical University formations.
This achievement was the result of the outstanding preparation and fruitful cooperation between the college’s students and faculty. The team presented an outstanding academic performance characterized by strong arguments, logical argumentation, and sound scientific analysis, qualifying it to outperform all participating teams.
The Dean of the College expressed his pride in this victory, which reflects the distinguished academic level of the college’s students. He emphasized the Deanship’s continued support for such scientific activities that enhance students’ skills in constructive scientific dialogue and discussion. The winning team included students Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman Ibrahim, Maryam Salah Mahdi, and Sarah Khairy Rashid from the Department of Computer Engineering Technology, who demonstrated high skills in dialogue, persuasion, and scientific presentation.
The Dean also awarded the winning students certificates of appreciation in recognition of their efforts and excellence in achieving this accomplishment, which adds to the record of successes and distinguished activities of the Technical College of Engineering for Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
