Initial Admission Results (First Batch After Expansion) for Vocational Preparatory School According to the First Choice for Evening Studies at the Northern Technical University
The Northern Technical University / Technical College of Engineering for Computer and Artificial Intelligence / Mosul announces the release of the initial admission results (first batch after expansion) according to the first choice for applicants to evening studies in the college’s departments, according to the attached lists.
Registration opens from Thursday, October 23, 2025, until the end of the official working day on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Please note that the Registration and Finance Department staff will be present on Saturday to complete the registration procedures for accepted students.
⏰ Review time begins daily at 2:30 PM.
🔹 Important Notice:
• Applicants are not entitled to claim admission if they fail to complete the registration requirements within the specified period, and their name will be removed from the lists.
• The names of the second batch will be announced on Thursday, November 6, 2025, after students who did not complete the registration procedures within the announced period have been excluded.
• The college would also like to note that the minimum admission requirements for some departments will be reduced to meet the admissions plan specified for academic departments and fill the required seats.
💳 The first tuition installment payment required to complete registration is made via electronic payment (POS) using Mastercard and other credit cards.
📋 Required Documents Upon Registration:
1. Receipt of payment of the first installment fees above.
2. Preparatory school certificate certified by the governorate’s Education Directorate (original copy + 4 copies) with a valid QR code.
3. Medical examination (original copy).
4. Colored copies of the supporting documents.
5. (4) recent personal photos.
6. Legal guarantee, to be provided by the sponsor in person, along with the following documents:
• The sponsor’s department ID.
• A letter confirming continued service addressed to our college.
• The sponsor’s supporting documents.
